More Photos of the Great Harbour N37

Take a look at the photos on our “Catch All” page of miscellaneous photos - Bosun’s Locker - Head - Bow Sprit - Lazarette Hatch - Skegs and MORE!

Another UNIQUE feature of the Great Harbour N37 is her “Bosun’s Locker” - Lift the hatch in the Deck House sole and descend STEPS into a full-width (about 14’ wide) by 5’ long storage/utility space. Right in front of the Washer/Dryer (optional) is 5’ of headroom. Under the deck, is 4’.

To the right of the photo (at right) you can just see the edge of the stairs leading up to the Deck House. Note all the free room for bins, shelving and storage. NO other trawler in her class has this space! It’s good to remember, that you can NEVER have TOO MUCH STORAGE on a boat.

The head on the Great Harbour N37 is complete with Stall Shower, Vanity with china sink, Medicine Chest and Vacuflush Toilet (which uses Fresh Water - no annoying odor or discolored water in the bowl.)

The N37 comes standard with Anchor Platform, Windlass, Anchor and Ground Tackle. Including the additional optional anchor, it sticks out about 3’ from the stem. We DO NOT include this in measuring the length of the boat - Nor do we include the 3’ of length added at the stern with the Swim Platform (below). Some of our competitors include one or both when listing the length of their boats. Not nice.

That’s a Watertight Hatch leading down to the Lazarette. Inside is room for an inflatable dink, fenders, dive gear and an extra anchor or two. Note the step thru leading down to the Swim Platform - real easy to board and disembark. The swim platform makes a great dinghy dock, too.

Let’s put to bed once and for all the discussion on Twins vs. Singles. They both work well. The twins have the added advantage of maneurvering and take home power. Note how well the props and rudders are protected.

WOW! We can ship the N37 anywhere in the Continental U.S. or even overseas (right now we’re finishing up one destined for the Hawaiian islands.)

Here’s a detail of the folding mast - you can clear an 11’ bridge with the mast down. It takes less than 5 minutes to put it down and back up again. We can add an optional winch if you want to save some physical effort.

High, stout, firm Handrails are nice to have anytime, but really nice in the fog.
