Saloon

Both Versions of the Great Harbour 37 have great Saloons. They differ primarily due to the locations of their respective Galleys. The Version B takes advantage of the close proximity and has a Pass-Thru and Breakfast Bar. The Version A has a bit larger Settee and more wall space for your favorite art. Both have good Entertainment Centers and room for a pair of occasional chairs (handy to pull up to the Dining Table.)

The Version A Settee is to port, facing aft. The Hi/Low Table doubles in size when raised for dinner. The is an End Table/Cabinet at the aft end and an End Table/Bookcase forward. Just to the right are the steps down to the Galley.

Across the Saloon, is the Entertainment Center (right, Version A) - We can build it with or without doors and with flipper doors in the center that pocket when open. Or we can leave the space empty for a larger TV, Sofa, or what have you.

Looking forward in a Version B (left) you see the stairs to the Pilot House and the steps leading down to the Galley and Staterooms. Just to the left is the Pass-Thru to the Galley.

The port side of a Version B Saloon (above) showing the Sideboard with2 stacks of drawers, cabinets and the Entertainment Center in the forward corner. A Dining Table pulls out of the knee hole of the desk.

The starboard side of a Version B Saloon (above) showing the Settee in the aft starboard corner. Part way up the steps are the doors to the Laundry Center.

To right, another Version B Saloon Settee. Note how easy traffic flow is: you come down from the Pilot House, then either aft to the cockpit, or forward to the accomodation level.

Left is the Breakfast Bar - It hinges up at the Pass-Thru. Keep the Chef company while having a cocktail.

The Dining Table, pulled out from the knee hole of the desk and opened for dinner. Pulled out halfway, it’s perfect for dinner for two, cards or working a jigsaw puzzle.

A REAL 120 Volt (240 Volt optional) Washer/Dryer! Handy location, yet out of the way. With the doors closed, it’s so quiet you won’t know it’s running. It does need the optional generator to work away from the dock.
